    • PURPOSE: A slag cement composition for protracting is provided to improve the compressing and adhering strength of a protracting material, and to minimize the porosity and the water percolation rate of a protracting surface by containing Portland cement and blast furnace slag micropowder to the constant rate. CONSTITUTION: A slag cement composition for protracting contains 30-70 wt% of Portland cement, and 30-70 wt% of blast furnace slag micropowder. The blast furnace slag micropowder has the density of 2.7-3.1 g/cm^3, and the specific surface area of 3,000-5,000 cm^2/g. The cement composition additionally contains 0.01-1% of thickening agent for 100% of the cement composition. The thickening agent is selected from a cellulose derivatives type thickening agent, an alkaliswellable type thickening agent, a urethane associative type thickening agent, and a natural thickening agent like guar gum or arabic gum.

    • A fly ash classifying apparatus is provided to drastically increase the flow rate of air entering into a rotary part by tapering the inner diameter of a first air duct. A fly ash classifying apparatus comprises a silo, a rotary part(120) consisting of a first air duct and a raw material input pipe(123) connected mutually; a classifying device(130) classifying raw material fed through the raw material input pipe from the rotary part; a cyclone connected the classifying device and a transfer pipe; and a dust collector connected to the cyclone. The inner diameter of one side of the first air duct and the other side are asymmetrically formed. The transfer pipe is formed at higher position than the raw material input pipe. A slit part(137) changing the stream of air is formed on one side of the classifying device.
