摘要： A multiple structure Geonet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture Geonet having the improved reinforcement function of the ground and to utilize for slope reinforcement or stabilization of a final cover soil layer in a landfill where both drainage efficiency and a reinforcement function are required. A multiple structure Geonet comprises a main member(3a) arranged at the preset interval and including reinforcement fiber which is long in the longitudinal direction and high molecular resins covering the reinforcement fiber, and a diagonal member(3b) joined to the front or the rear of the main member at the preset interval in the diagonal direction and made of high molecular resins.

摘要： A manufacturing apparatus for a geonet of the multiple structures for engineering works is provided to produce the geonet used for reinforcing the slope or stabilizing the landfill requiring both drain and reinforcement functions. A manufacturing apparatus(100) for a geonet of the multiple structures for engineering works is composed of: a reinforcing fiber supply unit(20); an extruding unit(30) making the geonet by extruding melted polymer resin and reinforcing fibers(1) coated with the melted polymer resin; and a cooling unit(40) cooling down the geonet discharged from the extruding unit. The extruding unit comprises a center die discharging the reinforcing fiber coated with the melted polymer resin, through a center ejecting port; an inner die rotatably installed in the center die, formed adjacently to the center ejecting port, and provided with an inner ejecting unit discharging the melted polymer resin; and an outer die rotatably installed at the outer side of the center die, formed adjacent to the center ejecting port, and provided with an outer ejecting unit discharging the melted polymer resin. The inner and outer dies turn and discharge polymer resin. The geonet is produced by combining polymer resin discharged from the inner ejecting unit and polymer resin discharged from the outer ejecting unit, to polymer resin reinforced by the reinforcing fiber ejected from the center ejecting port, respectively.
