CONSTITUTION: A bio-gas producing apparatus comprises the following: an anaerobic digester(10) producing bio-gas by an anaerobic digestion process of a raw material; an impurity/solid removing device(30) removing impurities and solids from digested waste fluid discharged from the anaerobic digester; a first returning pipe(110) returning the impurities and solids to the anaerobic digester; a first filter(50) filtering processed water discharged from the impurity/solid removing device; and a second returning pipe(120) returning condensed liquid discharged from the first filter to the anaerobic digester.

    • PURPOSE: A liquid fertilizer producing system using a flux adjusting bath as an organic material stabilizing bath is provided to stably implement a purification treating process based on the flux adjusting function of a second flux adjusting bath based after a liquid fertilizer producing process based on a first flux adjusting bath. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treating process part eliminates sludge from wastewater. A first flux adjusting bath(41) receives the treated water from the pre-treating process part and functions as an organic stabilizing bath. A membrane unit(50) produces liquid fertilizer by receiving the effluent from the first flux adjusting bath and transfers separated solid materials to the first flux adjusting bath. A second flux adjusting bath(42) receives the effluent from the first flux adjusting bath and adjusts flux. A purification treating part purifies the effluent from the second flux adjusting bath.

CONSTITUTION: A bio gas production facility includes a plurality of anaerobic digesters(10) which generate bio gas by executing an anaerobic digestion process, a first filter(50) filtering the digestion fluid which is discharged from the anaerobic digesters. A plurality of anaerobic digesters are mutually connected along the transfer path of the raw material. The raw materials which are classified according to the decomposition speed put into in each anaerobic digester. A first valve is installed in each first connection pipe. A second valve is installed in each second connection pipe.
