    • 본 발명은 와플형 슬래브 거푸집에 관한 것으로서, 구조물의 슬래브 거푸집 상부면에 설치되는 메인와플폼을 구비하며, 메인와플폼은 상협하광의 형상으로 경사져 형성되는 벽부와, 구조물의 슬래브 거푸집 상부면에 맞닿는 날개부와, 상기 벽부의 상부끝단에 일체로 형성되는 수평부와, 상기 벽부와 상기 수평부의 내측에 착탈가능하게 체결되고, 상기 슬래브 거푸집 상부면에 맞닿는 높이로 형성되는 지지리브 어셈블리를 구비하고, 또한 상기 메인와플폼에 적층될 수 있는 서브와플폼을 구비하여, 와플폼 내측에 지지리브를 형성하지 않기 때문에, 와플폼을 운반하거나 보관할 때에 복수 개를 손상없이 적층할 수 있고, 지지리브도 또한 별도로 용이하게 적층하여 운반 및 보관할 수 있고, 지지리브를 현장에서 용이하게 격자형상으로 조립하여 상기 와플폼에 삽입하여 설치할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 와플폼의 높이와 동일한 높이를 갖는 지지리브의 설치에 의해 와플폼의 하중성능을 향상시킬 수 있고 지지리브를 별도로 제조하면 되므로, 와플폼의 성형이 보다 간단하고 용이해지며 와플형 슬래브의 콘크리트 경화후에 탈형시 지지리브를 간단하게 탈형시킬 수 있으므로 탈형이 용이한 이점이 있다.

A lightweight body for a hollow slab comprises a hollow upper lightweight body(10) formed in the hemispheric shape, a hollow lower lightweight body(20) formed in the hemispheric shape and installed opposite to the upper lightweight body, and a hollow cylindrical height adjustment unit(30) installed to be attachable and detachable between the upper lightweight body and the lower lightweight body, wherein the upper and lower lightweight bodies are provided with plural grooves formed along the outer side of the upper and lower lightweight bodies to pass the fixed point of the spherical shape, fitted with wire meshes to pass and meeting each other at right angles to enlarge the volume of a lightweight body.

The top reinforcing rod hangs on one-way half precast concrete.
