    • A noise reduction mat is provided to prevent anxiety about damage by having a noise reduction mat, a sound insulation unit and a support unit integrally. A noise reduction mat includes many support units(160) abutting on a construction surface and comprising a first support unit having a relatively large radius and a second support unit having a small radius, a sound insulation unit(300) formed between the support units and composed of a semicircular sound insulation passage and a rounded ventilation passage, and a sound insulation member made of an air-permeable material and mounted to the top of the sound insulation unit and the support unit. A soundproof construction method using a noise reduction mat comprises the steps of: installing structure type noise reduction mats to a slab(S) of a building with a multilayered structure in multistage; mounting cut-off members(M) to the corners of the structure type noise reduction mat to prevent the inflow of concrete and impurities; forming a heating layer(H) on the upper part of the structure type noise reduction mat; installing general type noise reduction mats to the wall and the ceiling of the building to make contact with the top of the heating layer and a wall(W) of the building in multistage; and forming an exhaust port(500) to the inside of the noise reduction mats to make the circulation of air possible.
