    • A non-coating antifouling copolymer is provided to show excellent water and oil repellency and antifouling property when applied to a thermoplastic resin, to suppress the degradation of heat resistance or mechanical properties, and to ensure excellent dispersion stability without bubbling. A method for manufacturing a non-coating antifouling copolymer comprises the steps of: injecting a chain transfer agent and a polymerization initiator to a monomer mixture, wherein the monomer mixture is fluorinated alkyl(meth)acrylate 20~50 weight%, alkylsilane (meth)acrylate 10~30 weight%, styrene 10~50 weight% and acrylonitrile 3~10 weight%; and injecting a polyalkylacrylate-acrylic acid in the mixture and then suspension-polymerizing them. The chain transfer agent is used in the amount of 0.02-10 parts by weight based on the monomer mixture 100.0 parts by weight. The polyalkylacrylate-acrylic acid is put in the amount of 0.05~0.2 parts by weight based on the monomer mixture 100.0 parts by weight.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing condensed particles using rubber latex having a middle particle size by adding unsaturated acid monomer containing copolymer latex to a synthetic rubber latex having a middle particle size. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of mixing a synthetic rubber latex with a particle size of 1,500 to 2,500 angstrom, an anionic emulsifying agent, non-ionic emulsifying agent and a defoaming agent, while stirring to pretreat the synthetic rubber latex; mixing ion exchanging water and pH controller to a unsaturated acid containing copolymer latex having a solid content of 10 to 50 wt% to adjust the solid content of the copolymer latex to 1 to 10 wt% and the pH of 5 to 11; and adding the unsaturated acid containing copolymer latex treated as above into the pretreated synthetic rubber latex.
