    • PURPOSE: A continuously manufacturing method of rubber-modified polymer from conjugated diene is provided to reduce energy and CO2 because of not requiring solvent removal process as a stripping function using distillation or water, and not having bale formation through the stripping function by direct distillation of solvent or water. CONSTITUTION: A continuously manufacturing method of rubber-modified polymer comprises a step of manufacturing rubber solution by polymerizing a conjugated diene based-monomer in a first reactor under the presence of solvent; a step of removing solvent by contacting styrene-based monomer to the rubber solution; and a step of conducting polymerization by putting the styrene-based monomer into the rubber solution in a second reactor. The conjugated diene-based monomer is a butadiene, isoprene, or combinations thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A (meth)acrylic resin is provided to have excellent transparency which is inherent property of (meth)acrylic resin, and to have high glass transition temperature and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A (meth)acrylic resin comprises alkyl(meth)acrylate unit, and (meth)acrylamide unit. The glass transition temperature is 125-145 °C. The weight average molecular weight(Mw) of the (meth)acrylic resin is 50,000-500,000 g/mol. The initial decomposition temperature by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) is 370°C or higher. A manufacturing method of the (meth)acrylic resin comprises a step of polymerizing monomers comprising alkyl (meta)acrylate and (meta)acrylamide by using mercaptan and lactam as a coupling initiator.

The method for preparing a methacrylic resin comprises the steps of: carrying out polymerization of a mixture containing a monomer mixture formed of an alkyl methacrylate and an alkyl acrylate, a first radical initiator, a second radical initiator and a molecular weight modifier in a first reactor to a polymerization ratio of 30-45%; introducing the polymerization obtained from the first reactor into a second reactor and carrying out polymerization to a polymerization ratio of 45-65%; and further introducing the polymerizate into an extruder to perform extrusion while removing unreacted monomers.
