    • PURPOSE: A hard polyurethane foam and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve strength and reduce cell size, thereby being suitable for insulating materials for refrigerator, household freezer, construction, and vehicles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hard polyurethane foam comprises the following steps: manufacturing dispersed solution by dispersing thermal expansibility corpuscles(20) and fillers(30) in polyol mixed solution; throwing foaming agent into the dispersed solution; and forming hard polyurethane foam by reacting isocyanate with the dispersed solution and making foams using urethane reaction heat. The weight ratio of the thermal expansibility corpuscles and foaming agent is 1: 0.2-2. The hard polyurethane foam is located in between adjacent cells having more than 2 of thermal expansibility corpuscles and the fillers are dispersed on surface of the thermal expansibility corpuscles and inside and outer surface of unit cell.
