    • PURPOSE: A polarizing plate and an optical display device including the same are provided to limit the ratio of thermal expansion coefficients between an MD direction and a TD direction within a certain range on an upper protection film and a lower protection film of a polarizer, thereby preventing bending of a polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing plate (100) comprises a polarizer (110), a first protection film (120a) which is laminated on one side of the polarizer; a second protection film (120b) which is laminated on the other side of the polarizer. The polarizing plate can include a phase difference compensation film, a phase difference film, an adhesive layer, and a cohesive layer, depending on the uses.
