    • PURPOSE: A drying system of a large capacity industrial drier for energy saving is provided to minimize energy consumption by introducing outdoor air after preheating the outdoor air using the waste heat of hot air exhausted to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A drying system of a large capacity industrial drier for energy saving comprises a waste heat exchange device (70), a circulation guide pipe (30), and a basket (10). An exhaust pipe (45) and an intake pipe (47) are installed in an outlet of a discharge pipe (42). The waste heat exchange device is installed in the exhaust pipe and the intake pipe. The heat exchange device heat-exchanges the heat of humid hot air exhausted through the exhaust pipe. Outdoor air introduced through the intake pipe is preheated by the waste heat exchange device and then is introduced into the circulation guide pipe. A front guide ring and a rear guide ring having a guide groove are installed in both ends of the basket. Guide rollers are installed in both sides of the front and rear guide rings to rotate the basket without additional rotary shaft. A basket rotating gear is arranged in the guide groove of the front guide ring to engage with a driving gear. The driving gear is rotated by a driving motor.

    • PURPOSE: An energy saving device of an industrial drier using heat pipes is provided to effectively heat-exchange hot air exhausted to the outside using the heat pipes as a heat exchange unit. CONSTITUTION: In an energy saving device of an industrial drier using heat pipes (71), an exhaust pipe (45) with an exhaust port and an intake pipe (47) with an intake port (46) are formed in an outlet of a discharge pipe (42) and are divided by a support plate (72). A barrier (77) is installed inside the intake pipe to divide an intake air preheating passage (74) and an intake passage (75). The heat pipes are installed in one side of the exhaust pipe and are positioned in the intake air preheating passage by penetrating the support plate. Accordingly, the heat pipes are heated by the heat of hot air exhausted to the outside through the exhaust pipe. Outdoor air introduced into the intake air preheating passage through the intake pipe is introduced into a circulation guide pipe (30) after being preheated by the heat pipes.

    • The present invention provides a dryer provided in a drying unit of a fabric finishing machine such as a tenter machine or a coating machine, wherein conditions of temperatures and air volume of hot air sprayed on the surface of an object to be dried passing through the drying unit differ from those sprayed on the rear side thereof, so as to be dried in a drying condition suitable to physical properties of functional material treated on the object to be dried, and thereby, allowing optimal functional effects to be expected. As a means to achieve the purpose, in the dryer provided in a drying unit of a fabric finishing machine, the present invention divides the drying unit into a upper drying room and a lower drying room on the basis of fabric, that is, the object to be dried, wherein a separate hot air spraying duct is installed in the upper and lower drying rooms, and an air fan, a heat exchanger, and a heater are respectively installed in the separate hot air spraying duct of the upper and lower drying rooms, and thereby, dying the object to be dried by differentiating a temperature condition of the drying hot air supplied to the hot air spraying duct of the upper and lower drying rooms. In addition, by separating the upper and lower drying rooms by being provided with a variable separation plate on both ends of a pin rail, that is a transfer rail, for gripping and transferring the object to be dried, the present invention can facilitate the setup of the hot air temperature.

      상기와 같은 구성에 의하여 본 발명에 따른 저액비 액류 염색기는 상기 차단판의 하부 영역에 해당되는 체적만큼의 염액이 저감될 수 있기 때문에 염색원액과 물의 양을 저감시킬 수 있고, 이로 인하여 추후 공정에서 필요로 하는 냉각수의 양과 폐염액의 양도 저감시킴으로써 비용 및 환경오염의 문제를 크게 저감시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
