    • An apparatus for measuring winding volume of a winder is provided to measure accurate winding volume of a thread by measuring winding volume with a winding volume operation algorithm so as to prevent an error of slip between a bobbin and a drum. A drum rotation sensing unit senses a rotation counter signal of a drum having an angular velocity wo and a radius ro by driving of a driving motor. A bobbin rotation sensing unit senses a rotation counter signal of a bobbin having an angular velocity w, a radius r before rotation, and a radius R which is the sum total of radii increased by winding a thread, in a state of contacting with the rotating drum. A control board receives the rotation counter signal values of the drum and the bobbin for calculating the inputted rotation counter signal values of the drum and the bobbin by a winding volume operation algorithm. A display unit displays a final winding volume L of the thread wound on the bobbin when the bobbin rotates N times as figured information, wherein the L Is represented by the following formula.

    • An apparatus for controlling winding tension of a winder is provided to prevent generation of tension deviation when threads are wound on a bobbin by operating a tension control signal corresponding to a tension change period and change width, and providing equal tension to a tension control unit through which the threads pass, thereby winding the threads on the bobbin under equal tension. A tension sensor senses winding tension deviation of threads wound on a bobbin for generating and transmitting an analog signal to a control board. A tension sensor receiver converts the analog tension deviation value into a digital value. A PID(Proportional Integral Derivative) tension control unit operates a tension control value corresponding to a tension change period and change width of the tension deviation value. A tension control signal transmitter converts the digital tension control value into an analog tension control value. An encoder interface unit receives a position value of a push angle part(36) detected by an encoder(31). A driving motor(32) generates rotary driving power by a control signal of a control board. A geared part(33) has a certain gear rate to reduce rotation of the driving motor. A coupling unit(34) transmits rotary power of the driving motor to a ball screw part. The ball screw part converts rotary motion of the driving motor into straight-line motion. The push angle part is transferred along guides formed at both sides of a guide member and provides tension according to the control signal of the control board while being transferring up and down. A tension providing unit(40) provides the certain tension value provided by the push angle part when threads wound on the bobbin pass through.
