    • A deep drawing mold is provided to increase the moldability of a material by spreading the heat through the whole deep drawing mold using a thermal conduction pipe. A deep drawing mold comprises: a pair of bases consisting of an upper base(12) and a backer base to be separated up and down with a guide post(16); a die in which it is inserted that one or more first thermal conduction pipes(24a) including a first opening part and extending in order to surround the first opening part; a blank holder(28) in which a second thermal conduction pipe(28a) is inserted, extending in order to surround a second opening part connecting with the first opening part, supported with an elastic member(30) in order to have a right angle with the die; and a punch(34) in which a third thermal conduction pipe(34a) is inserted, protruding to an upper part in order to make the first and second opening part inserted.

    • An apparatus for rolling magnesium is provided to be able to reduce a temperature deviation of a magnesium alloy sheet according to the widthwise directional position of rolling rollers and smoothly control shape of the magnesium alloy sheet that is being rolled. An apparatus for rolling magnesium includes: a pair of rolling rollers(100) for rolling a magnesium alloy sheet(600); a plurality of induction heating coils(200) which are disposed to be spaced from one side of the pair of rolling rollers, and which are continuously installed along the width direction of the rolling rollers; a plurality of temperature measuring units(300) installed to come in contact with the other side of the rolling rollers correspondingly to the plurality of induction heating coils; a power supply unit(400) for supplying a power source to the plurality of induction heating coils; and a controller(500) for controlling the power source of the power supply unit that is applied to each of the induction heating coils according to measurement temperatures sensed by the temperature measuring units such that temperature deviations in the plurality of temperature measuring units are maintained within predetermined ranges.

    • PURPOSE: A method is provided to remove attached impurities by cleansing a big rotor such as a big blower with acid without damage. CONSTITUTION: In filling a raw liquid storing tank(5) with about 15% of sulfamic acid liquid, a controller(9) opens a valve(8) to fill water in a supply storing tank(3) through a supply water line(6). Then a raw liquid transferring pump(4) moves to transfer regular amount of sulfamic acid to the supply storing tank. At that time, proper density of the storing tank is about pH 3 to 4 and the diluted sulfamic acid is sprayed from a cleansing nozzle(1) through a high pressure pump(2). The cleansing nozzle is installed in the gas inlet hole of a blower fan.
