    • Disclosed are a separator and a fuel cell including same. The separator according to an aspect of the present invention is a separator that is provided inside the fuel cell, separates a fuel or an oxidizing agent which is supplied from an inlet side manifold, and discharges the fuel or the oxidizing agent to an outlet side manifold. The present invention includes a flat plate portion that is linked to at least one inlet side manifold and outlet side manifold; at least one first multi-division flow path portion that is arranged to be inclined on the surface of the flat plate portion and is divided in multiple to form a flow path through which the fuel or the oxidizing agent passes; and at least one second multi-division flow path portion that is arranged across the first multi-division flow path portion on the surface of the flat plate portion, is divided in multiple to cross and communicate with the first multi-division flow path portion, and forms a flow path into and through which a part of the fuel or the oxidizing agent passing through the first multi-division flow path portion flows in a mixed state and passes.
