摘要： PURPOSE: An apparatus for molding a ceramic article and a method for manufacturing the ceramic article, are provided to automatically and completely separate a clay-molded article from the metal mold in the state that a clay is not sticked to the metal mold and a deformation of a ceramic plate minimized after a compression molding. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for molding ceramic article includes: a mold(10), composed of a first and second half-mold which comprise a net-type supporting unit for supporting the metal mold, an air jet unit, and an air injecting hole(18) for injecting the air to the air jet unit; a first supporting unit for the first half-mold; a second supporting unit for the second half-mold; a first driving unit, moving the first supporting unit upward and downward; a seconding driving unit, moving the second supporting unit back and forth; an air injection unit, injecting the air into the first and second half-mold; and a control unit, controlling air volume to be injected into the first and second half-mold, air injection time and its time point, and pressure between the first and second half-mold.

摘要： PURPOSE: A flowerpot integrated wall decoration and manufacturing method thereof are provided to make use of space efficiently, to produce various interior and exterior decoration effects and to allow plants to grow efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A material of a ceramic plate includes pottery clay, of which a main material is a loess material, namely a porous ventilating material. The material of the ceramic plate is composed by mixing pottery clay 60~80 weight% and kaolin 20~40 weight%. In the front of the ceramic plate having decorations carved with a relievo, a main pocket portion having a certain size of space on the inside to make the plant grow. In the ceramic plat, a perforation part in which a rear end of the main pocket portion is opened, is formed. In the perforation part, a blind patch is united and possessed. In an inner wall surface of the main pocket portion, a plurality of protrusions is projected to solidify roots in planting and help them survive. In around the perforation part, a seating jaw for sitting the blind patch is formed.
