본 발명의 금속 나노 입자 제조 장치는 외부로부터 주입되는 고압의 물을 금속의 표면으로 분출하기 위한 분사수단 및 상기 분사수단의 내부에 구비되어 분사되는 상기 물의 유량(流量), 유속(流速) 또는 수압(水壓) 중 어느 하나 이상을 조절하기 위한 수형 조절수단을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 분사수단은 상기 고압의 물이 주입되는 주입구 및 주입된 상기 고압의 물을 상기 금속의 표면으로 분출하기 위한 분사노즐을 포함함에 기술적 특징이 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of a metal nanoparticle is provided to form the nanoparticle by eroding metal through strong water pressure, and by controlling the shape of water emitted from a spray nozzle without using chemical compounds. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of metal nanoparticle comprises a spraying unit(210) and a water form controlling unit(212). The spraying unit sprays high pressure water to the surface of a metal(230) ejected from outside. The water form controlling unit controls one or more of flux, amount, speed, and pressure of water. The spraying unit comprises an inlet(220) and a spray nozzle. High pressure water is injected through the inlet. The spray nozzle sprays the high pressure water to the surface of metal. The apparatus additionally includes a spray control unit(213) and a metal transfer unit(214). The high pressure water emitted from the spray nozzle has a ring shape. The outer circumference of the water form controlling unit has a screw shape, and emits the high pressure water in a whirlpool shape.
