CONSTITUTION: An apartment system(100) having a farming building comprises a site, a multi-story apartment(110), a parking lot(120), a water supply facility(130), a drainage facility(140), a transformation facility(150), and a farming building(160). The multi-story apartment is vertically positioned at the site. The parking lot is formed around the multi-story apartment. The water supply facility supplies water to the multi-story apartment. The drainage facility drains sewage and rainwater discharged from the multi-story apartment. The transformation facility supplies power to the multi-story apartment and the parking lot. The farming building is vertically positioned at the site so that occupants of the multi-story apartment can farm.
