    • PURPOSE: A water-cooled supplementary PCM(Phase Change Material) cooling system of a communication system is provided to cool off heat generated from heating units by using a PCM principle of being solidified at night and being liquified during the daytime, thereby reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A copper tube(100) flows a coolant around heating units(10) in order to cool off heat generated from the heating units(10). A PCM(Phase Change Material)(200) is contacted with one side of the copper tube(100), and through a phase state, re-absorbs heat of the coolant for absorbing the heat of the heating units(10). Housings(300) include a portion of the copper tube(100) thereinto, and receive the PCM(200) so that the PCM(200) is contacted with the one side of the copper tube(100).

    • PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a battery cable in an outdoor type BTS(Base Transceiver System) is provided to fixedly bind a power cable, withdrawn from the inside of a battery case and connected to an external power supply, to elbows using cable ties. CONSTITUTION: A pillar(40) and a bracket(41) are connected to a rack frame in a single unit. The first elbow(43) is connected with the bracket(41) by a hinge(42). The second elbow(44) is connected with the first elbow(43) by another hinge(42). Also the second elbow(44) is connected with the rear side of a battery case(30) by another hinge(42). On the lateral surfaces of the first and second elbows(43,44) a pair of horizontal holes, to which cable ties are bound, are arranged at regular intervals. The cable ties fixedly bind the power cable withdrawn from the battery case(30) to the first elbow(43) and the second elbow(4) through the horizontal holes.

The first connection pin(37), having a fixing slot(371), is inserted into the first rotation hole(35). The stop ring(38) is inserted to the fixing slot(371).
