摘要： An EC system for intermediating group purchase and a shopping mall operation system thereof are provided to enable buyers to buy goods at a low price as a group by gathering the buyer to a purchase intermediating group such as an alumni association or a society, and enabling the group to negotiate the goods price with a seller. A shopping mall company(600) provides an online shopping mall and stores a discount rate of the goods registered to the online shopping mall. The seller(200) registers information including goods prices to the shopping mall company. The buyer(100) belongs to the purchase intermediating group(300) and buys the goods at the discounted price by using membership of the group. The shopping mall company includes a shopping mall server, a member information database, a goods information database, a discount information database, and a management server. The management server transmits the discount rate corresponding to credit information of the group to the shopping mall server in case that the connected buyer belongs to the group.
