    • PURPOSE: A reconstruction method for a 4D digital tomosynthesis is provided to use a bio-signal of extracted respiration and align an x-ray projection image. CONSTITUTION: A reconstruction device for a 4D digital tomosynthesis is comprised of an image collection controller, decompressing unit, a bio-signal extractor, an image alignment unit, and an image reconstruction unit. The image collection controller rotates an X-ray generator and an image extractor by a certain angle and obtains an image from an image detector(S110) The decompressing unit decompresses the projection file of the projection image(S120) The bio-signal extractor extracts a bio-signal of respiration of a patient from a decompressed projection image(S130). An image alignment unit aligns the decompressed projection image based the respiration of the patient based on the extracted bio-signal(S140).

    • PURPOSE: A mega volt X-ray beam spoiler for Glottic cancer treatment and a treatment method using the same are provided to reduce treatment time and to improve treatment effect by controlling the amount of radiation easily and improving accuracy of the radiation. CONSTITUTION: A mega volt X-ray beam spoiler (10) for Glottic cancer treatment a partial cylindrical scattering part (100) and a supporting unit. The inside of the cylindrical scattering part is empty, and the cylindrical scattering part surrounds the neck part of a patient. The supporting unit supports the scattering part as being separated from the neck of the patient. The supporting unit includes an extended part (200), a settlement part (300) and a combining unit (400). The extended part is extended from the lower part of the scattering part. The settlement part is settled in the breast of the patient. A combining unit (400) combines the extended part and the settlement part as separating them.
