A propeller(102) is coupled to the rear side of the turtle ship. Two hulls(101) having a motor are arranged at the bottom of the turtle ship. Multiple columns(103) are erected on the top of the hulls. A roof(104) is installed on the top of the columns. The awning solar cell modules are arranged inside the roof and are composed of multiple flexible solar cell modules. The many-sided spherical body type solar cell module is installed on the rood and is composed of multiple solar cell modules. The control part is arranged inside the hull.

The multi-angular solar cell module is composed of a lower junction box in which a terminal bar and an inlet are formed in inside, and includes a lower circular solar cell module. The upper part of the sabonius wind generator is attached to an upper ball bearing(34), and the lower part thereof is attached to a lower ball bearing(35). A wind prevention cover(32) with a rear blade is formed in one side of the sabonius wind generator. The pole is erected vertically on the ground surface, and a connection unit(41) of a pipe shape is extended to the upper part of the post.

      이에 의해, 상기 지상개폐기의 케이블 지지고정장치는 탄성스프링을 U자 형태로 구부려 케이블을 지지하도록 하고, 구부려진 상태의 상기 탄성스프링에 요철부재가 회전가능하게 결합되어 지상개폐기 내부의 앵글에 고정되는 구조로 되어 있어 밤낮과 계절의 온도차이에 의한 케이블의 수축과 이완의 반복, 케이블 자체무게, 지반의 진동 및 침하, 외부충격 등의 원인이 발생되더라도 케이블이 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 상기 탄성스프링의 외측을 플라스틱 재질부로 둘러쌈으로써 케이블의 외피가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 상기 지상개폐기 내부의 앵글에 상기 탄성스프링과 상기 요철부재를 단순하게 조립만 하면 되기 때문에 작업시간을 단축시켜 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A street lamp device is provided to allow lamp cleaning, repair and maintenance work to be performed in an easy and rapid manner by allowing the lamp device to be lowered onto the ground through a wireless remote control. CONSTITUTION: A street lamp is divided into an upper section(8) and a lower section(11), and a solenoid connected to a power supply contact point(2) is arranged to a driving motor(5) connected to a decelerator. A stainless wire(6) and an auxiliary safety wire driven by the driving motor are arranged to the upper section of the street lamp in such a manner that the stainless wire and auxiliary safety wire operate simultaneously by a receiving unit(10) working as a power unit(9). The stainless wire and auxiliary safety wire arranged to the upper section of the street lamp are connected to a roller(13) and a ring of an automatic descending life line, wherein the roller and the ring are arranged to an auxiliary member(12) of the lower section of the street lamp. The lower section of the street lamp is escaped from the upper section and lowered or lifted in accordance with the signal output from a remote controller which operates the power unit and receiving unit of the upper section through a channel.
