    • PURPOSE: An MEMS switch and a driving method thereof are provided to improve contact between a conductive contact unit and a signal line in a low operational voltage by contacting the conductive contact unit and the signal line by the bending and the electrostatic force of a cantilever. CONSTITUTION: An MEMS switch includes a first substrate(100) and a second substrate(200). A piezoelectric capacitor(120), a first electrode(140), and a cantilever part(110) with a conductive contact unit(130) are formed in an upper part of the first substrate. A second electrode(240) and a signal line(250) are formed in the second substrate. The second electrode is opposite to the first electrode. The signal line is on or off by contacting with the conductive contact unit. The second substrate is separated from the first substrate.

The second substrate is located on a floating region from an upper part of the first electric contact thin film. The second electric contact thin film wraps the protrusion unit and is formed on a lower part of the second substrate.

    • An antenna system and an electronic device having the same are provided to prevent calling sensitivity from being deteriorated by changing a resonant frequency according to intensity of a signal. An antenna system includes an antenna body, a micro electro mechanical system switch, a sensor unit(300), and a controller(400). The antenna body is electrically connected to a signal transmission line and transmits and receives an electric wave. The micro electro mechanical system switch is electrically connected to the antenna body and selectively changes a resonant frequency of the antenna body. The sensor unit detects a signal receiving rate of the antenna body. The controller controls the micro electro mechanical system switch according to the signal receiving rate of the antenna body from the sensor unit.

    • According to the present invention, a manual electricity generator includes: a driving part which generates rotational force rotating in a first direction when one end of a string wound therearound is pulled by applied force and rotates in a second direction to wind the string again when the force applied to the string is eliminated; and an electricity generating part which receives rotational force from the driving part and generates electricity. The electricity generating part includes a one-way bearing which rotates in a third direction when the driving part rotates in the first direction and does not rotate when the driving part rotates in the second direction. The manual electricity generator reduces the size and weight of a battery charger, thereby improving portability of the battery charger.
