    • PURPOSE: A power supply circuit is provided to prevent from a timing from being overshot by supplying a driving power to the power supply unit. CONSTITUTION: In a power supply circuit, a first capacitor(C1) eliminates the overshooting of a driving voltage. A second capacitor is arranged between the drain end and gate of the FET device. The second capacitor feeds back the overshooting component to the gate of the FET device. An FET device(10) responds to a signal applied in the gate(G). The FET device outputs a power supply voltage offered from the source end(S) through the drain end(D) as a driving voltage.

    • A filter is provided to stabilize a resonant frequency by adjusting an inductance value of a coil varied according to an influence of peripheral environment, as a capacitance value. A filter includes a coil(L), a varactor(VD), and a voltage unit(20). The varactor varies capacitance according to a voltage applied to the coil. The voltage unit varies the capacitance value by varying the voltage applied to the varactor. One or more varactor is connected in a normal direction or a reverse direction.
