    • PURPOSE: A Blue phosphorescence compound is provided to manufacture an organic electroluminescence diode having excellent color displaying property and capacity of increasing the life span by expressing the high purity blue color. CONSTITUTION: A blue phosphorescence compound is expressed as chemical formula 1 mentioned below. An organic electroluminescence diode includes a first electrode(110), an organic electroluminescent layer(140) on the first electrode mentioned above, and a second electrode(180) on the organic electroluminescent layer mentioned above. The organic electroluminescent layer mentioned above includes the blue phosphorescence compound. For the organic electroluminescent layer mentioned above, a first charge transport layer(130) and/or a first charge injection layer are included between the first electrode and the organic electroluminescent layer mentioned above. At least one of layer selected among a first charge inhibition layer(150), a second charge transport layer, and a second charge injection layer is included between the organic electroluminescent layer and the second electrode mentioned above.
