A second database (300) performs sensitive evaluation about the feeling of visual quality by using the visual sensitive vocabularies, and stores first data performing the sensitive evaluation about the tactile feeling of quality by using the tactile sensitive vocabularies and second data measuring the visual and tactile physical and chemical elements. A formula calculation part (500) calculates sensitive feeling of quality evaluation formula expressed by the visual and tactile physical chemical element, by performing statistical feedback analysis of the first data and the second data.     • The present invention relates to an in-cell touch type liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The in-cell touch type liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate and a second substrate spaced apart from each other; a touch electrode formed on the first substrate or the second substrate; an electrostatic barrier film formed on the outer surface of the second substrate; and a conducting member which comes in contact with the electrostatic barrier film to discharge static electricity to the outside. The conducting member includes a point-shaped first part touching the electrostatic barrier film and a metal pad on the first substrate, and a pole-shaped second part touching the electrostatic barrier film. The conducting member, especially the second part of the conducting member, reduces contact resistance between an interface with the electrostatic barrier film with relatively larger resistance to effectively remove the static electricity of the in-cell touch type liquid crystal display device.
