    • PURPOSE: An inductive element is provided to enhance DC overlap characteristics by avoiding concentration of magnetic flux especially from a coil layer to a magnetic film closest thereto so that a substantially uniform flux distribution can be attained for each magnetic film thereby ensuring an inductance of a specified level or above. CONSTITUTION: Since the product of permeability and film thickness is increased as a magnetic film recedes from a coil layer(12), magnetic flux generated from the coil layer(12) can be induced more easily as the magnetic film recedes from a coil layer(12). Consequently, a substantially uniform flux distribution can be attained for each magnetic film which can thereby function substantially similarly. According to the arrangement, inductance and DC overlap characteristics can be enhanced furthermore while reducing iron loss furthermore in high frequency band.
