    • PURPOSE: A stabilization and disposal system for livestock-reclaimed land through underground oxidation(combustion) and treating method thereof are provided to oxidize dead livestock and selectively remove the exhaust gas generated during oxidation by transferring heat in the underground soil. CONSTITUTION: A stabilization and disposal system comprises a heat-insulating and a rainwater coffering barrier(1), a leachate and gas vacuum-extraction and treatment device(2), a dead livestock oxidation device(3), a monitoring apparatus(4) and an installation facility supporter(5). The heat-insulating and rainwater coffering barrier secludes the rainwater. The leachate and gas vacuum-extraction and treatment device treats the leachate and gas from the heat-insulating and rainwater coffering barrier. The dead livestock oxidation device burns the buried dead livestock. The monitoring apparatus monitors the dead livestock of the reclaimed underground. The installation facility supporters stably support apparatuses. The dead livestock oxidation device comprises a plurality of heating rods and generators according to the treated area. By using the electrical energy, the dead livestock oxidation device dries the moisture, blood and the oil of the dead livestock and oxidizes the dead livestock.
