    • PURPOSE: A system for monitoring the inspection of constant water inside pipelines in real time is provided to correctly provide position information of a water leaking point inside the pipeline by collecting images and sound signals inside the pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring the inspection of constant water inside pipelines in real time comprises an inspection module inserting system (111), an inspection module (100), and an extremely low frequency transmitter (333). The inspection module inserting system is connected to a user terminal. A cable (150) capable of controlling the length is mounted in the inside of the inspection module inserting system. The inspection module inserting system inserts the inspection module inside the pipeline. The inspection module is connected to the end of the cable mounted on the inspection module inserting system. The inspection module transmits the inspection image information to the user terminal and receives the extremely low frequency. An extremely low frequency receiver (334) is attached to the inspection module. A GPS receiver is attached to the extremely low frequency transmitter.
