CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a building using a precast concrete column comprises the steps for: installing a precast concrete column(200) in which an installation groove(110) and bar arrangement holes(120,130) are installed in the bottom; inserting the end of the precast concrete beam in the installation groove; connecting the precast concrete column and the precast concrete beam by passing main bars(140) through the bar arrangement holes; additionally arranging auxiliary bars along the precast concrete beam; placing concrete in the installation groove; and additionally placing concrete in the inner part and top part the precast concrete beam.

    • PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a precast concrete beam and a precast concrete column is provided to improve the strength of a precast concrete beam by forming a housing groove in the end of the precast concrete beam. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a precast concrete beam and a precast concrete column is composed as follows. The end of a precast concrete beam(20) is located at an installation groove formed in a precast concrete column(10). Fixing members(32) are inserted into through holes(26) of the precast concrete beam and holes(17) of the precast concrete column to stably fix the precast concrete beam. Upper main bars(34) are installed through an upper bar arrangement hole(13). Lower main bars(36) are installed through a lower bar arrangement hole and can be curved along the inclined surface of the precast concrete beam. Concrete is placed in the installation groove of the precast concrete column and a housing groove of the precast concrete beam.

    • PURPOSE: A method for welding precast concrete columns on a construction site is provided to improve construction quality by preventing placed concrete from cracking even if shock and vibration is applied from the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A method for welding precast concrete columns on a construction site is as follows. First and second fixing plates(30) having screw holes are buried in the bottom surface of a PC column(10) and the top surface of a column joint part(20) so that the surfaces of the fixing plates can be exposed to the outside. The PC column is installed so that the bottom of the PC column can correspond to the top of the column joint part. Forms are installed on the bottom of the PC column and the top of the column joint part. Concrete(33) is placed in a gap between the PC column and the column joint part. A first fixture(40) is installed on the first fixing plate of the PC column, and a second fixture(50) is installed on the second fixing plate of the column joint part. The first and second fixtures are connected through a tension shaft(60). After the concrete is cured, the first fixture is separated from the second fixture.
