    • PURPOSE: A quantum dot containing particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve quantum yield and apply to flat panel display device by combining at least one of quantum dot nanoparticles with surface of inorganic material or polymer core. CONSTITUTION: A quantum dot containing particle comprises an inorganic material or a polymer core particle(100) and at least one of quantum dot nano particles(200) which are combined on surface of the core particle. The inorganic material core particle is selected from a group including silica, alumina(Al2O3, AlO2), titanium dioxide, and zinc oxide. The polymer core particle is polystyrene or polymethyl methacrylate. The core particle and the quantum dot nano particle are combined by using a bond which is selected from covalent bond, ionic bond, and physical adsorption. A diameter of the core particle is 2-1,000 micro meters. A manufacturing method of the quantum dot containing particle comprises a step of combining at least one of quantum dot nano particles with the core particle by using covalent bond, ionic bond, or physical adsorption within hydrophilic organic solvent.
    • 目的:提供量子点含有颗粒及其制造方法以提高量子产率,并通过将至少一种量子点纳米颗粒与无机材料或聚合物芯的表面组合而应用于平板显示装置。 构成:含有量子点的颗粒包括无机材料或聚合物芯颗粒(100)和组合在芯颗粒表面上的至少一个量子点纳米颗粒(200)。 无机材料芯粒子选自二氧化硅,氧化铝(Al 2 O 3,AlO 2),二氧化钛和氧化锌。 聚合物芯颗粒是聚苯乙烯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。 核心颗粒和量子点纳米颗粒通过使用选自共价键,离子键和物理吸附的键组合。 核心颗粒的直径为2-1,000微米。 含有量子点的粒子的制造方法包括使用亲水性有机溶剂中的共价键,离子键或物理吸附将至少一种量子点纳米粒子与核心粒子结合的工序。
