    • PURPOSE: A lightweight aggregate having an apatite crystal structure and its preparation method are provided, to prepare lightweight aggregate having excellent physical properties with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 40-60 wt% of the phosphate waste water sludge containing calcium, fluorine and phosphorus and capable of forming an apatite crystal, and 20-60 wt% of a stabilizer containing an enamel sludge containing feldspar; calcining the mixture at a temperature of 900-1,300 deg.C; and pulverizing the calcined one. Preferably the stabilizer comprises 5-15 wt% of enamel sludge; 5-15 wt% of the iron sludge containing calcium and iron; 5-15 wt% of clay; and 5-15 wt% of waste pearlite. Preferably the calcined one is pulverized to a size of 10 mm, 6 mm or 2 mm.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are an emulsion for moisture removal with excellent absorptivity and constant viscosity without depending on temperature fluctuation, and further provided is a method for preparing the same emulsion. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion is comprised of CaO, fatty acid-coated CaO, dispersing agent, anticoagulant, fluidizing agent and organic solvent, wherein ratio of the CaO and fatty acid-coated CaO is 50-90 : 10-50, coefficient of viscosity of the emulsion is in a range of 20500-23000 cps. The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing a first dispersing liquid by adding carboxyl acid ester based surfactant as a first dispersing agent into a first solvent by 1-5 wt.% with respect to amount of CaO, (b) adding CaO to the first dispersing liquid, (c) preparing a first emulsion by adding anticoagulant to the liquid obtained at the step (b) by 0.1-1.0 wt.% with respect to the CaO, (d) preparing a second dispersing liquid by adding acryl block copolymer as a second dispersing agent to a second solvent by 4-10 wt.% with respect to amount of CaO, (e) preparing a second emulsion by adding fatty-acid-coated CaO to the second dispersing liquid, and (f) mixing the first and second emulsions, wherein the first and second solvent are dioctyl phthalate (DOP).

CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) mixing sludge of heavy metal wastewater with iron oxide as a stabilizing agent or sludge of fluoric acid wastewater containing the iron oxide; (ii) molding the mixture into a globular shape or a broken stone shape; and (iii) calcining the mold of the step (ii) at a temperature of 900-1,200 deg.C.

    • 인산염 폐수슬러지를 사용한 습식타일 및 골재 등의 건자재의 제조방법 및 이와 같이 제조된 건자재가 개시된다. 인산염을 포함하는 폐수슬러지 약 30~50중량%에 안정화제 약 20~80중량%를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하고, 건조 및 성형 단계를 거친 다음, 약 1000~1200℃에서 소성하여 다양한 색상을 갖는 습식타일을 제조한다. 건물의 외장재로 적합하지 않은 타일은 이를 분쇄하여 자갈의 대용인 골재를 제조할 수 있다. 이러한 습식타일 및 골재는 가볍고 흡수율이 낮으며 압축강도 및 경도가 높은 우수한 특성을 갖기 때문에 폐수슬러지를 재활용하여 폐기물 처리 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 경제적인 면에서의 이점뿐만 아니라 환경오염도 크게 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 상기 습식타일은 인체의 차이를 구성하는 성분인 아파타이트 결정구조를 가지므로 바이오 세라믹으로서의 역할도 수행 가능하다.

    • PURPOSE: Dried materials like wet tiles, aggregates or so on are provided which are light in weight, low in absorption rate, high in compression strength and solidity and recycle wasted sludge to reduce cost and environmental contamination.
