    • A handover apparatus and method in a heterogeneous wireless communication network are provided to prevent a call interruption that may be generated as a mobile terminal moves between different wireless communication systems. A CS(Circuit Switching) interface(312) transmits/receives data and a control signal to/from a CS network. An LTE/SAE(Long Term Evolution/Service Architecture Evolution interface)(313) transmits/receives data and a control signal to/from an LTE/SAE network. An IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) interface(314) transmits/receives data and a control signal to/from an IMS network. When handover to a BS(Base Station) of an LTE/SAE node is requested by a terminal via the CS interface, a controller(311) establishes a bearer with a BS of the LTE/SAE network by using the LTE/SAE interface, sets an IP address of the terminal through an SAE anchor of the LTD/SAE network, stores information of the terminal, registers the terminal to the IMS network, stores the corresponding result, and provides a handover response signal to the terminal via the CS interface.

    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for providing a service using an ip multimedia subsystem in an internet protocol broadcasting system are provided to efficiently supply a broadcasting service using a platform integrated with an IMS to various users using various transmitting networks without respect to features of a lower layer transmitting network. CONSTITUTION: A BCAST-IMS adapter(160) provides a service using an IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) in an IP broadcasting system. A contents providing unit(110) transmits a service information/authentication message including service information for generating a service guide to a service application unit(130). The service application unit transmits the received service information/authentication message to a service providing unit(140). The service providing unit transmits a service information/attribute query message to a service managing unit(150).

    • PURPOSE: A method and a system for registering a service in an IP multimedia sub system are provided to actively register the third service through a registration proxy server without generating an initial filter reference for the third party services which are not saved in a user profile. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(170) generates a registration request message including the third party application server address list. The terminal transmits the registration request message by an S-CSCF(Serving Call Session Control Function)(130). The S-CSCF compares the registration request message with iFC(Initial Filter Criteria) of an HSS(Home Subscriber Server)(140). A registration proxy server extracts the third party application server address list by parsing of the registration request message of the S-CSCF. The registration proxy server transmits the registration request message to the third party application server(160).
