    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrode is provided to exclude a phosphoric acid doping process in manufacturing electrodes, to reduce electrode-drying time, and to reduce cost or organic solvent for manufacturing electrode catalyst slurry. CONSTITUTION: An electrode for fuel cells comprises an electrode support and a catalyst layer formed on the electrode support. The catalyst layer comprises a catalyst material and an aqueous binder. The aqueous binder includes at least one selected from cellulose derivatives and composites of an organic polymer material and inorganic oxide. A manufacturing method of an electrode comprises a step of coating or printing catalyst slurry on an electrode support. The catalyst slurry comprises a catalyst material and an aqueous binder.
