    • A moire-removing device of the digital imaging instrument and a method there are provided to secure clearness of an image by controlling a light path controller only when moire generation possibility is great of when the moire is generated. A moire-removing device comprises a moire sensor(102) and a light path controller(101). The moire sensor determines whether moire is generated or not by using an image frequency of a preview image and a spatial frequency of an image sensor(104). If the moire sensor determined that the moire is generated, the light path controller perform low band pass filtering by changing a path of light applied to the image sensor.

    • PURPOSE: A method for driving an ink jet print head is provided to improve linearity of ink being exhausted and to stabilize the meniscus of an ink surface in an early stage by applying pulses to a heater. CONSTITUTION: Ink contained in an ink chamber is heated by means of a heater, thereby generating bubbles. Ink is exhausted from the ink chamber by means of expansion force of bubbles. In order to drive an ink jet print head for exhausting ink, a main pulse is applied to the heater. After exhausting ink, a post pulse is applied to the heater. When the post pulse is applied to the heater, only bubbles are generated without exhausting ink. The post pulse is applied to the heater, after ink is exhausted from the ink chamber and before the meniscus of the ink surface becomes a normal state.

    • PURPOSE: An ink jet print head is provided to improve linearity of an ink liquid droplet by symmetrically forming two ink channels about a nozzle and to increase a driving frequency. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet print head includes a substrate(100) having an ink chamber(106) filled with ink and formed at an upper surface thereof. A manifold(102) supplying ink into the ink chamber(106) is formed at a rear side of the substrate(100). A nozzle plate(120) penetrated by a nozzle(104) connected to the ink chamber includes a plurality of protection layers(121) and a heat ejection layer. The protection layers(121) are stacked on the substrate(100), and include an insulating material. The heat ejection layer(128) is stacked on the protection layer(121), and includes a metallic material.

    • A method providing azimuth sensing and non-contact switching which automatically controls the power of a display, and a portable device using the method are provided to provide a power supplying control function of a display through a mounting angle of a flux gate sensor. A sensor unit(120) outputs the sensor signal by taking the earth magnetism and system inside magnetic field. A controller(110) supplies the azimuth measuring control signal or the power management control signal. In case the power management control signal is supplied from a controller, a power manager(140) determines opening and shutting of the handheld device by using the sensor signal. And the power manager controls the power source of the display. In case the azimuth measuring control signal is supplied from the controller, an azimuth measuring unit(150) measures the azimuth of the handheld device by using the sensor signal.
