    • A noise reducing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to meet the demand of effectively canceling noise of an image based on correlation of pixels to other ambient pixels of the image. A noise level calculating unit(120) calculates a noise level of a reference pixel of an input image. A weight value determining unit(130) determines a weight value to be allocated to the reference pixel on the basis of similarity of one or more comparison windows which exist in a comparison region of the input image in which a reference window having the reference pixel is included and have the same size as that of the reference window and the noise level of the reference pixel. A filtering unit(140) filters the input image by using the weight value. The noise factors include at least one of a signal strength of the reference pixel and an automatic gain control value applied for capturing the input image.

    • A method and an apparatus for reducing noise are provided to improve quality of an output image by removing the noise of an input image. A method for reducing noise comprises the following steps. A noise level of an input image is calculated. From the input image, noise of a central pixel is removed by using a weight determined according to difference of signal intensity between the central pixel and plural neighboring pixels within a window having a predetermined size. The noise level includes at least one of a first noise level corresponding to an AGC(Auto Gain Control) value during photographing of the input image and a second noise level corresponding to signal intensity of the input image.

    • An apparatus and a method for reducing a noise of an image sensor are provided to adaptively reduce the noise generated in the image sensor due to a characteristic of the noise and photographing information by using a kernel for performing a convolution and standardization. A noise level setting unit(120) sets a noise level representing an image frame expressed as one component in a certain color space. A kernel generating unit(130) generates a kernel for filtering pixels composing the image frame on the basis of the noise level. A filter applying unit(150) performs a convolution for the pixels by using the generated kernel, and standardizes the convolution performed result.

CONSTITUTION: A door closing system of semiconductor fabrication equipment includes a switching sensor(20a,20b), a door driving unit(22), and a controller. The switching sensor(20a,20b) is installed at one or both of an open part of a frame(16) for covering each unit(18) and a predetermined part of a door(14) corresponding to the open part of the frame(16) in order to sense an opening state of the door(14). The door driving part(22) is connected to the door and the frame in order to shut the door according to a control signal. The controller receives a signal from the switching sensor and controls a driving operation of the door driving unit.
