    • An automatic gain control apparatus using phase information and a method thereof are provided to automatically compensate a gain difference among input signals. A frequency conversion unit(210) converts each input signal received from a plurality of acoustic input apparatuses into a frequency input signal. A coefficient determination unit(220) determines a scaling coefficient according to the gain difference among the input signals by using the phase difference of the frequency input signal. A scaling performing unit(230) performs gain compensation scaling among input signals according to the scaling coefficient. A phase difference calculation unit calculates a phase difference among converted frequency input signals. A target signal determination unit determines a frequency target signal corresponding to an input signal by using a phase difference. A scaling coefficient determination unit determines a scaling coefficient according to a gain difference among the input signals by using the frequency target signal.

    • A method and a device for filtering a sound source signal according to a sound source distance are provided to filter a specific sound source signal from a plurality of sound source signals through a microphone array by filtering at least one sound source signal or more corresponding to a specific distance from the sound source signal based on the distance from the microphone to the sound source. The distance calculator calculates the distance from the microphone to the sound source to radiate the sound source signals by using distance relation according to the frequency of the sound source signal from the microphone output signals. The signal filter filters at least one sound source or more corresponding to the predetermined distance from the sound source signals based on the calculated distance.

    • A method and apparatus for measuring sound source distance using a microphone array is provided to increase the sensitivity of a distance by forming a microphone with high attenuation factor by the distance of the microphone. A soundness source distance measuring device(100) is comprised of an MIC out generating unit(110) and a distance calculation part(120). The MIC out generating unit combines each input signal inputted through more than two microphone(Mic1, MicN). The more than two MIC out signals(E1, Ek, EM) are produced, and the distance calculation part computes MIC out signals produced in the MIC out generating unit. The distance to the soundness source is calculated by using the distance relation according to the frequency of the calculation result and input signal.
