    • A toner and a manufacture method thereof are provided to show excellent storage stability at low temperature and to ensure high durability, a toner blocking prevention effect, an offset prevention effect and an improvement in fixation. A toner comprises: a core consisting of a binder resin, wax and a coloring agent; and an external additive layer which covers the core. The core is prepared through extruding, stretching and pulverizing processes. The aspect ratio(A/B) and a diameter of the core are 20-100 and 4~20mum respectively, wherein A is long axis length and B is short axis length of the cross section of the core. The core contains 100 parts of binder resin, 1-20 parts of wax and 0.6-6 parts of coloring agent. The binder resin represents polyester or polystyrene-acrylic resin with 1,000~120,000 of number-average molecular weight and 90~170°C of softening point.

    • A method for preparing a toner composition is provided to allow continuous production of a toner composition, to enable easy control of physical properties and molecular weight, and to impart improved low-temperature fixability and durability to a toner composition. A method for preparing a toner composition using a continuous reactor(1) comprises the steps of: introducing a first monomer, a second monomer and a polymerization initiator into the continuous reactor to perform polymerization of the first monomer and the second monomer; and adding a release agent, colorant and anti-static agent to the polymer of the first monomer and the second monomer. The first monomer and the second monomer are added sequentially to the continuous reactor.
