    • PURPOSE: A method to construct a high-rise shear wall precast concrete method is provided to improve workability, quality, structural stability, the waterproof of a joint area, and the efficiency of sound insulation. CONSTITUTION: A construction method comprises eight steps. In the first step(S1), precast concrete is constructed on a floor slab to form a wall. In the second step(S2), half precast concrete is constructed to make a front balcony and a rear balcony while being connected to the floor slab. In the third step(S3), precast concrete is constructed to form stairs between floors. In the fourth step(S4), half precast concrete is constructed to shape a front chamber where the stairs meet the floor slab. In the fifth step(S5), mortar is poured to make a vertical joint between the wall and a lower wall. In the sixth step(S6), a form is installed to construct the floor slab of an upper floor at the upper end of the wall by using field concrete. In the seventh step(S7), bars are arranged in the form, pipes for facilities are arranged, and materials for electricity are installed. In the eight step(S8), field concrete is poured to form the floor slab of the upper floor.
