摘要： PURPOSE: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce recombination rate of a hole and an electron by reducing defect intensity of the solar battery, thereby improving energy conversion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) includes a plurality of cell areas(CA) and cell division areas(CDA). A rear surface electrode(200) is formed on the substrate over the cell area and the cell division area. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the substrate and the rear surface electrode corresponding to the cell area. A transparent electrode layer(600) is connected to the rear surface electrode through a contact hole. A buffer layer(400) is arranged between the light absorption layer and the transparent electrode layer.
