    • PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a repairing method thereof are provided to simply repair a defective solar cell by connecting an upper electrode of a normal unit cell to an upper electrode of a defective upper electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of unit cells(UC1,UC2,UC3) are composed of a bottom electrode, a semiconductor layer, and a top electrode which are successively formed on a substrate. A pattern divides a plurality of unit cells and electrically connects the adjacent unit cells. A conductive member(200) is positioned on the pattern unit. The conductive member electrically connects the top electrode of the unit cells which are adjacent to each other. The pattern unit includes a first groove, a second groove, and a third groove.
