    • PURPOSE: A solar cell manufacturing method is provided to uniformly spray hydrogen selenide using a gas spray device, thereby uniformly forming a CIGS(Cu,In,Ga,Se) compound layer on a wide solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A mixed metal layer is formed on a first electrode. A light absorption layer is formed on the front side of the mixed metal layer by spraying hydrogen selenide. A second electrode is formed on the light absorption layer. A gas spray device comprises a gas pipeline, an inner gas pipe(311), and a plurality of spray nozzles(320). The inner gas pipe is located inside of the gas pipeline and comprises an opening part(312). The plurality of spray nozzles is arranged under the gas pipeline. The opening part is located on a region which is an opposite side of the spray nozzle.
