    • The present invention relates to a resin composition for an adhesive containing ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers with optimal physical properties for manufacturing an adhesive with excellent heat-resisting stability while exhibiting excellent physicochemical properties such as adhesiveness, transparency, UV stability and the like. The present invention provides the resin composition for an adhesive containing the ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers. In the ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers, a melting index is 4-500 g/10 minutes, a content of vinylacetate is 15-40 wt%, a molecular weight distribution (MWD) is 3-6, a weigh-average molecular weight (Mw) is 20,000-100,000, a fraction of weight molecular weight of 10,000 or less is 15-30 wt%, and a fraction of weight molecular weight of 100,000 or more is 4-20 wt%.

CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high density polyethylene comprises the following steps: dispersing 0.001~2.5 parts of peroxide by weight to 100 parts of low density polyethylene by weight with the density of 0.900~0.925 grams per cc; cross-linking the low density polyethylene in which the peroxide is dispersed; mixing 100 parts of high density polyethylene resin by weight with the density of 0.935~0.965 grams per cc produced by a ziegler-natta catalyst, and 1~45 parts of the cross-linked low density polyethylene by weight; and melt-extruding the mixture from the previous step.

CONSTITUTION: A device for removing a fluorine resin layer(18) coated on the inner circumference(12) of the injection cavity(14) of a XLPE pipe mold die comprises: a) a rotating member for receiving the mold die(10) and rotating the mold die around the injection cavity as an axis at a selected speed; b) a heating member(50) which is positioned at the same line as the injection cavity of the mold die received in the rotating member and is inserted in the injection cavity to burn the fluorine resin layer; and c) a driving member for reciprocating the rotating member in the direction to the position of the heating member for burning the fluorine resin layer as soon as the heating member is inserted in the injection cavity of the mold die received in the rotating member whereby the heating member burns the fluorine resin layer coated on the inner circumference of the injection cavity of the mold die rotating at a selected speed by the rotating member.

    • PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided that has an excellent non-luster, molding processability and rigidity, to produce a high-grade bottle or case when applied to a bottle or case of goods such as cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises a blend of polypropylene resin and high density of polyethylene resin, wherein the melting index ratio of the high density polyethylene resin to the polypropylene resin is at least 3. The composition contains also a nucleating agent or calcium carbonate. Specially, the resin composition comprises (A) 30 to 70 pts.wt. of polypropylene being a propylene homopolymer or a propylene-ethylene block copolymer having not more than 15% of ethylene; and (B) 70 to 30 pts.wt. of the high density polyethylene resin having a density of 0.94 to 0.97 g/cm¬2, wherein the melting index ratio of components (A) and (B) is at least 3.
