    • PURPOSE: A transition metal catalyst composition is provided to provide polyethylene with moderate density and uniform composition of physical properties without additional injection of a comonomer like α-olefin. CONSTITUTION: A transition metal catalyst composition comprises a transition metal composition in chemical formula 1, ethylene, transition metal catalyst for copolymerization of α-olefin, and co-catalyst. In chemical formula 1, M1 and M2 are metal elements from group 3-10. Cp1 and Cp2 are respectively substituted or unsubstituted cyclopentadienyl based functional group, B1 and B2 are respectively divalent organic functional groups comprising one or more elements selected from boron, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, silicon, phosphorous, and sulfur, n is an integer from 1-10, Ar1 and Ar2 are respectively C6-20 aryl groups, X and Y are respectively C1-20 hydrocarbon derivative, silyl, siloxy, alkoxy, aryloxy, halogen, amino, or tetrahydroborate, and p and q is an integr from 1-5.

    • PURPOSE: A metallocene catalyst for polyolefin is provided to have simple structure with high activity, and to effectively manufacture an isotactic polypropylene with high tacticity in homogeneous or heterogeneous phase. CONSTITUTION: A metallocene catalyst for polyolefin comprise a metallocene transition metal compound having a bridge comprising a phenyl group combined with a heteroatom in chemical formula 1, and a cocatalyst. In chemical formula 1, M is an element selected from group 3-10, Cp1 and Cp2 are respectively a ligand having cyclopentadienyl structure, X is a C1-20 alkyl group, alkylsilyl group, silylalkyl group, a C3-20 cycloalkyl group, a C6-20 aryl group, a C7-20 arylalkyl group, alkylaryl group, arylsilyl group, silylaryl group, a C1-20 alkoxy group, alkylsiloxy group, a C6-20 aryloxy group, a halogen group, an amino group, or a tetrahydroborate group, n is an integer from 1-5, and Q comprises a structure in chemical formula 2.
