    • PURPOSE: A heat-exchange type vapor generator head for a fuel cell system is provided to evenly mix fuel with water and to apply even if capacity of the fuel cell and operation condition are changed. CONSTITUTION: A heat-exchange type vapor generator head for a fuel cell system(100) comprises a plurality of distribution pipes(160) which is extended to inside and fuel injection pipes(120) which accept a part of the distribution pipe. Water flow to the distribution pipe is accomplished by overflow. The distribution pipe is located within 90% domain of inner diameter of the fuel injection pipe from center of the fuel injection pipe. The distribution pipe is located higher than lower end part of the fuel injection pipe. Turbulent flow is generated inside the fuel injection pipe.

    • PURPOSE: A high concentration carbon dioxide recovery apparatus is provided to minimize the size and the power consumption of an apparatus and to effectively and stably collect carbon dioxide when collecting carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas of a fossil fuel power plant. CONSTITUTION: A high concentration carbon dioxide recovery apparatus includes a molten carbonate fuel cell (10); a heat exchange type catalytic oxidizer (100) which concentrates carbon dioxide and conducts a heat treatment to the exhaust gas supplied from the fuel electrode (11) of the molten carbonate fuel cell; and a carbon dioxide separator (60) which separates carbon dioxide from the exhaust gas of the heat exchange type catalytic oxidizer. The heat exchange type catalytic oxidizer minimizes hot spots by uniformly dispersing the flux of the exhaust gas by a high temperature gas unit.     • PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide collecting system is provided to improve the efficiency and stability of a molten carbonate fuel cell and to minimize the power and device scale required to collect carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide collecting system comprises a molten carbonate fuel cell (110), a pure oxygen catalytic oxidizer (120), a heat collector (130), a gas-liquid separator (140), a carbon dioxide reservoir (150), and a flow rate controller (160). The molten carbonate fuel cell comprises an air electrode and a fuel electrode. The air electrode supplies flue gas exhausted from a power generating plant. The fuel electrode supplies hydrogen gas. The pure oxygen catalytic oxidizer combusts the exhaust gas of the fuel electrode in order to concentrate carbon dioxide and converts the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water. The heat collector collects heat from the pure oxygen catalytic oxidizer. The gas-liquid separator separates moisture from the exhaust gas and collects carbon dioxide. The flow rate controller is in connection with the carbon dioxide reservoir and supplies a part of carbon dioxide to the pure oxygen catalytic oxidizer in order to control the temperature of the pure oxygen catalytic oxidizer.
