    • PURPOSE: An electrolyte-filled and reinforced matrix is provided to facilitate a stacking process, to simplify the manufacturing process, and to prevent a crack from generating by a thermal expansion coefficient mismatch between an electrolyte sheet and the matrix. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrolyte-filled and reinforced matrix for a molten carbonate fuel cell comprises the following steps: mixing LiAlO2, an electrolyte, a dispersing agent, a metal reinforcing particle, and an oxide reinforcing particle with a solvent and firstly ball milling the mixture to form powder slurry; melting a plasticizer, an antifoaming agent, and a binder to the solvent and secondly ball milling the mixture to form a binder solution; mixing the powder slurry and the binder solution and ball milling the mixture; de-aerating the obtained slurry; molding the slurry into a constant form; and drying the molded slurry.
