    • PURPOSE: An active IP(Internet Protocol)-RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) capable of accepting internet protocol core functions for improving the performance of an RFID system, a device thereof and a method thereof are provided to introduce an IP which is not yet applied to current RFID systems, thereby presenting a new paradigm for the RFID field. CONSTITUTION: An active IP-RFID system(10) includes a user terminal(400), an IP network(300), an IP core support reader(100), and an IP core support tag(200). The IP core support reader and the IP core support tag are able to compose an RFID network(201). The user terminal performs IP-based communications with the IP network. The IP core support reader is able to perform IP-based communications with the IP network. The IP core support reader converts an IP packet delivered through the IP network into a packet which accommodates IP core functions applicable to the IP core support tag.     • A system and an apparatus for sensing a seal of a container of the present invention includes: a radio transceiver prepared with an antenna installed on a hinge portion of a container door to conduct wireless communication; a seal confirmation sensor which contacts with the container door when the container door is opened or closed, and which senses whether the container door is open or closed; a control unit which transmits the information on the container door, received from the seal confirmation sensor, through the radio transceiver; and a body which adheres to the inside wall of the container. The open and close of the container door can be thereby checked in real time.
