    • A porous type antiseptic fabric and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the waterproof property and the porous property of the fabric even without performing water permeable and waterproof treatment on the fabric, by manufacturing the fabric to have a lamination structure of a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material so as to make moisture move freely. A fabric is composed of an outer cloth consisting of a surface layer(100) and a first inside layer(200) and an inner cloth consisting of a second inside layer(300) and a rear surface layer(400). The surface layer of the outer cloth is polyester yarn, polyamide yarn, polyolefin yarn, or composite microfiber of polyester and polyamide. The density of the surface layer is more than 230 strands/in^2 and less than 350 strands/in^2. The first inside layer of the inner cloth is a double fabric woven by polyolefin yarn. The second inside layer of the outer cloth is polyester yarn, polyamide yarn, composite microfiber of polyester and polyamide. The rear layer of the outer cloth is a fabric knitted by polyolefin yarn. The inner cloth contains nanomaterial having titanium oxide and silver.

    • A method for sterilizing diseases and insect pests in soils and used mediums caused by a drench by using high temperature water of a boiler is provided to prevent environmental pollution, improve productivity and sharply reduce replacement cost of infected mediums such as rock wool and pearlite by uniformly spraying and supplying high temperature water generated from an existing sterilization boiler for high temperature water into a predetermined depth of soils. A method for sterilizing diseases and insect pests in soils and used mediums caused by a drench by using high temperature water of a boiler comprises the steps of: flattening the surface of the medium after performing rotary operation of a sterilization medium with a predetermined area; disposing a plurality of heat resistant spray hoses with a predetermined length on the surface of the sterilization medium such that the spray hoses are spaced from one another in a predetermined distance, and respectively connecting the spray hoses to distribution part such as distribution heads for drench; piping the distribution part to a boiler for supplying high temperature water; covering vinyl on an upper part of the entire area of the heat resistant spray hose installed sterilization medium; maintaining an internal temperature of a cultivation layer with a depth of 30 cm from the surface of the sterilization medium to 65 deg.C or more by allowing the vinyl to maintain residual heat for a long period of time while consistently spraying and supplying high temperature water that is heated by the boiler and maintains a predetermined temperature onto the sterilization medium for a predetermined time; and removing the vinyl, the spray hoses and the distribution headers with the passage of a predetermined time.
