    • 본 발명은 상압에서 초미세기포를 발생하여 수중으로 공급함으로써 오염수를 정화할 수 있는 초미세기포 발생장치 및 이를 이용한 수처리설비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 초미세기포 발생장치는, 유입공간과 흡입구멍이 형성된 케이스와, 유입공간으로 공기를 공급하기 위한 공기 공급관과, 물과 공기를 혼합하여 만든 물-공기 혼합유체를 펌핑하기 위해 케이스 내부에 설치되는 물 펌프와, 분산장치를 포함한다. 분상장치는, 케이스 내부의 연결유로를 따라 유동하는 물-공기 혼합유체를 케이스 외부로 분사하기 위해 연결유로와 연결되는 토출구를 갖는 분사 헤드와, 분사 헤드의 토출구 전방에 토출구로부터 이격되도록 설치되는 충돌판과, 물-공기 혼합유체가 토출구로부터 토출된 후 충돌판에 충돌하면서 생성되는 초미세기포와 물을 분사 헤드 외부로 분사하기 위해 분사 헤드와 충돌판 사이에 구비되는 분사구를 갖는다.

    • The present invention relates to an ultramicro bubble generator which is capable of purifying contaminated water by generating ultramicro bubbles at normal pressure and by supplying the ultramicro bubbles into the water, and a water treatment facility having the ultramicro bubble generator. The ultramicro bubble generator by the present invention comprises: a case (43) having an inflow space (44) and suction holes (45); an air supply pipe (53) for supplying air into the inflow space (44); a water pump (46) installed inside the case (43) to pump a mixed fluid of water and air made by mixing water and air; and a disperser (57). The disperser (57) has: a spray head (60) which has a discharge outlet connected with a connection passage (56) in the case (43) and which sprays, onto the outside of the case (43), the mixed fluid of water and air flowing along the connection passage (56); a collision plate (63) installed apart from the discharge outlet of the spray head (60) in the front of the discharge outlet; and a spray nozzle which is installed between the spray head (60) and the collision plate (63) and which sprays ultramicro bubbles and water onto the outside of the spray head (60), wherein the ultramicro bubbles are generated as the mixed fluid of water and air collides with the collision plate (63) after being discharged from the discharge outlet.

    • The present invention relates to an ultramicro bubble generator which generates ultramicro bubbles at normal pressure and supplies the ultramicro bubbles into the lake water to purify the lake water, and a lake purification system having the ultramicro bubble generator. The ultramicro bubble generator by the present invention comprises: a case (13) having an inflow space (14) and a suction hole; a water pump (18) installed inside the case (13); a vacuum ejector (26) having a flow passage (27) and a suction passage (28), wherein the flow passage (27) is connected a connection passage arranged at the case (13) and the suction passage (28) is connected sidewise to the flow passage (27) so as to generate negative pressure by the flow of the water passing the flow passage; an air supply pipe (29) combined to the vacuum ejector (26) to be connected with the suction passage (28); and a disperser (31). The disperser (31) has: a spray head (34) having a discharge outlet (35) which is connected with the flow passage (27) to spray a mixed fluid of water and air outside, wherein the mixed fluid of water and air is made as water and air are mixed in the vacuum ejector (26); a collision plate (37) installed apart from the discharge outlet (35) in the front of the discharge outlet (35); and a spray nozzle (36) for spraying ultramicro bubbles and water onto the outside of the spray head (34), wherein the ultramicro bubbles are generated as the mixed fluid of water and air collides with the collision plate (37) after being discharged from the discharge outlet (35).
