    • PURPOSE: A display device driven by a transmissive driving element is provided to adjust the brightness of the display device by adjusting a driving voltage and a driving current which are applied to the driving element. CONSTITUTION: A driving element(201) includes a bistable material layer, an upper electrode and a lower electrode. The upper electrode and the lower electrode are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the bistable material layer. A display element(200) is electrically connected to the driving element and adjusts a driving voltage and a driving current which are applied to the driving element in order to adjust the brightness of a display device. The bistable material layer is a transparent or a semi-transparent material layer.

    • PURPOSE: An organic electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain high efficiency and a low driving voltage by including a layer including a ferroelectric organic material. CONSTITUTION: An organic electronic device includes a substrate(301), a first electrode(303), a second electrode(313), an organic layer(320), and a layer including a ferroelectric organic material. The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The second electrode faces the first electrode. The organic layer is formed on one of the first and second electrodes. The organic layer includes one of an organic light emitting layer, an organic light active layer, an organic memory active layer, and an organic transistor active layer. The layer including a ferroelectric organic material is formed on one side of the first and second electrodes.

    • PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to enlarge a front light emitting structure by solving a resistance problem due to a large size manufacture. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode, a second electrode(70), and a light emitting layer. The second electrode is faced with the first electrode. The light emitting layer is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode is formed by successively laminating a first inorganic oxide layer, a first metal layer, a second inorganic oxide layer, and a second metal layer. At least one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer includes at least one group selected from groups composed of Ag, Au, and Pt.
