CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1, wherein R1 and R2, R3 and R4, R5 and R6, or R7 and R8 can form a benzo group, a cyclohexo group, or a cyclohepto group; R1-R8 are independently hydrogen atom, or different substituent which is the same or different. An organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or a plurality of organic layers with at least one electroluminescent layer between the first electrode and the second electrode.

    • PURPOSE: A triazine derivative compound is provided to lower the driving voltage, and to show an excellent quantum efficiency when applied in an organic light emitting device as a host material of a light emitting layer, an electron transport material, and an electron injection material, etc. CONSTITUTION: A triazine derivative compound for an organic light emitting device has a structure represented by Chemical formula 1 or 2. An organic light emitting device comprises a first electrode (110); a second electrode (150); and an organic material layer (130) or a light emitting layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The light emitting layer includes a host and a dopant. The organic material layer or the host includes the triazine derivative compound. The organic material layer is an electron transport layer or an electron injection layer.
