    • PURPOSE: An LED driving circuit is provided to effectively suppress flicker effects by adding a flicker prevention circuit having a simple configuration. CONSTITUTION: A noise filter (110) filters the noise of an applied external power source. An inrush current prevention circuit (120) controls the maximum current flowing at the moment when the external power source is applied. An input rectification smoothing circuit (130) converts and outputs an input alternating current (AC) power source into a direct current (DC) power source. A DC-DC converter (140) converts and outputs the voltage of a signal outputted from the input rectification smoothing circuit. An output rectifier circuit (150) smoothes and outputs a signal outputted from the DC-DC converter. A flicker prevention circuit (160) reduces the ripple current of a signal outputted from the output rectifier circuit and outputs the reduced ripple current to a light emitting diode (LED). The output rectifier circuit comprises a resistor, a capacitor, and a diode. The flicker prevention circuit comprises a capacitor, a first resistor, a second resistor, and a transistor.     • PURPOSE: An enclosure for micro ducts is provided to firmly fix the micro ducts having various diameters by diversely forming the radius of a curvature of a support groove formed on an upper holder; form separable main body gasket and duct gasket for a sealing means; make the duct gasket have various corn shapes and replace the duct gasket according to the external shape of the micro duct; thereby maintaining a firm airtightness. CONSTITUTION: An enclosure for micro ducts includes a duct accepting body(10) forming multiple duct inserting entrances(11) which are grooved at the edge for the insertion of the micro ducts inside, a lower holder(21) fixing the micro ducts inserted through the duct inserting entrances inside the duct accepting body and being fixed inside the duct accepting body, an upper holder(22) being supported by the lower holder to be movable up and down and covering the lower holder, a duct fixing means(20) including a fixing screw(23) with which the upper holder fixes the micro ducts settled on the lower holder by pressure, a body cover(30) combined to the duct accepting body in order to cover the inside, and a sealing means(40) installed to maintain the airtightness within the duct accepting body.
